At Indigo we take pride in the trust you place in us. Protecting your account and personal information is a vital part of earning that trust. You can help, by choosing a password that is strong and unique to your account with us.

As you enter your password our automatic assessment tool will provide a rating that indicates the strength of the password you choose. Your password must be from 6 to 16 characters in length with no spaces. If the first three characters in your password are identical, or it contains "<", "?", "PASS", or "pass", it will not be accepted and you'll have to enter another one.

If you use the same email address for multiple online accounts, be sure to protect yourself with a unique password for each account you create.

You can always change your password if you need to. Sign in to your Account Centre, and enter your current and new password. Then, when you are done and satisfied with the strength rating for the password you've chosen just click "Update".

With unique passwords for every online account it's certainly understandable if you forget yours. If you do forget your password, simply click here. You'll be immediately emailed a link, which you can use to reset your password. Please note that you will have 24 hours to use the e-mail sent with instructions, after which the link will not be valid and you will be required to submit another e-mail request to reset your password.
